Cannot publish Document

While sharing/publishing our PORTWAI_Doc document based on our PORTWAI template, we get an error saying that our SuPack pack needs to be updated to its latest released version.

Since we could not share/publish our document, we have included URL's of our pack, template, and document in our project submission.
